Terms of Use

Terms governing use of PreRelay™ marketing websites, Microsoft Marketplace Contact me inquiries, and demonstration environments operated by Full Digital Consulting Systems (FDCS).

1. Acceptance

By using PreRelay websites, submitting a Marketplace or demo request, or accessing a PreRelay trial/demo environment, you agree to these Terms of Use. Enterprise production licenses are governed by a separate written agreement.

2. What PreRelay is

PreRelay is a prior-authorization coordination platform — an integration layer across providers, pharmacies, and payers. It is not a replacement EHR, pharmacy system, PBM, or claims adjudication engine, and it does not provide medical advice.

3. Demo and trial use

  • Demo and trial environments are for evaluation with synthetic data only.
  • Do not upload or enter real PHI, credentials you are not authorized to share, or production secrets.
  • FDCS may suspend access that risks security, abuse, or regulatory exposure.
  • Features marked planned or partial may change without notice.

4. Marketplace Contact me

Selecting Contact me on the Microsoft Marketplace listing authorizes FDCS to contact you about PreRelay requirements, demonstrations, and enterprise licensing. No public list price is offered through Contact me; commercial terms are discussed after qualification.

5. Intellectual property

PreRelay™, related marks, documentation, and software are owned by FDCS or its licensors. You receive no license beyond limited evaluation access unless a signed agreement states otherwise.

6. Disclaimers

Marketing sites and demo environments are provided “as is.” FDCS does not warrant uninterrupted availability. PreRelay is not represented as HIPAA Certified on this site. Outcome metrics shown in materials may be illustrative unless expressly stated as measured production results.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FDCS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website or demo use. Enterprise liability is defined in the applicable commercial agreement.
