How Full Digital Consulting Systems (FDCS) and PreRelay™ handle information collected through our websites, Microsoft Marketplace listings, and product demos.

1. Scope

This policy covers personal information we collect when you visit PreRelay marketing sites, submit a Microsoft Marketplace “Contact me” request, request a demonstration, or create an account on a PreRelay trial or demo environment.

PreRelay demonstration and development environments use synthetic data only. Do not submit real patient, insurance, or pharmacy PHI through demo forms or trial workspaces.

2. Information we collect

  • Contact details you provide (name, work email, phone, organization, title)
  • Inquiry content from Marketplace leads, demo requests, and support messages
  • Account credentials and usage metadata for trial / operator portal access
  • Technical logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) for security and reliability

3. How we use information

  • Respond to sales, partnership, and support inquiries
  • Schedule and deliver product demonstrations
  • Operate trial and production environments you subscribe to
  • Improve security, reliability, and documentation
  • Meet legal and contractual obligations

We do not sell personal data.

4. Sharing

We may share information with subprocessors that help us host email, cloud infrastructure (including Microsoft Azure), and CRM tooling (for example Apollo for Marketplace lead follow-up), under appropriate agreements. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect FDCS, our customers, or the public.

5. Retention & security

We retain inquiry and account records as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize when no longer required. PreRelay is designed for Azure-hosted deployments with encryption in transit, access control, and auditability. This site does not claim HIPAA Certified status.
